The role involves providing tailored tuition to help primary-aged pupils strengthen their foundational Maths skills, improve their engagement and prepare for the next stage of their education. The Role: Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition for primary-aged learners. Support the development of number skills, arithmetic and mathematical reasoning. Reinforce core learning in line with the pupils age and ability. Identify gaps in understanding and plan appropriate interventions. Use creative resources and practical activities to make learning accessible. Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and independence. Experience, Training and Qualifications: QTS, PGCE or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification is desirable. Experience working with primary-aged pupils.
