Supply Desk is working closely with a great school in Aylesbury, which is looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join their team starting September 2025.

About the Role:
- Designing and delivering engaging, well-organised lessons tailored to the diverse needs of all students
- Evaluating and tracking student progress, offering focused and constructive feedback
- Establishing a supportive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere
- Encouraging positive behaviour and nurturing a passion for learning
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on lesson planning, assessments, and school projects
- Building partnerships with parents and carers to enhance studentsandrsquo; learning and growth
- Participating actively in the wider school community by attending relevant meetings and events
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 environment
- Solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective instructional techniques
- Excellent skills in classroom management and behaviour support
- Positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
