Supply Desk is working closely with a great school in Aylesbury, which is looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join their team starting September 2025.

About the Role:

• Designing and delivering engaging, well-organised lessons tailored to the diverse needs of all students
• Evaluating and tracking student progress, offering focused and constructive feedback
• Establishing a supportive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere
• Encouraging positive behaviour and nurturing a passion for learning
• Working collaboratively with colleagues on lesson planning, assessments, and school projects
• Building partnerships with parents and carers to enhance studentsandrsquo; learning and growth
• Participating actively in the wider school community by attending relevant meetings and events

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 environment
• Solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective instructional techniques
• Excellent skills in classroom management and behaviour support
• Positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for teaching and learning
• Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
