      <description>Location: Rubery | Salary: &amp;pound;91 - &amp;pound;109/day | Type: Temporary | Teaching Assistant - Intervention &amp; ILP Support - Rednal  Aspire People are currently recruiting for three dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Rednal. These full-time positions will commence in September 2026 and continue until July 2027.  The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting pupils across the school through the delivery of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and targeted intervention programmes. Working closely with class teachers and the SEND team, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
