Position Details

• Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: ASAP / October 2025
• Salary:andnbsp;Starting from andpound;100 per day, depending on experience
• Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Your Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to primary-aged children.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual learning plans for pupils who need extra support.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group assistance to enhance learning and confidence.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Contribute to lesson planning and lead engaging classroom activities when required.
• Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to help children grow.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role, ideally in a primary school.
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
