Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)Full Time 1-Year Fixed-Term ContractWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team on a full-time, fixed-term contract for one year.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident HLTA who can provide high-quality classroom support and deliver whole-class teaching when required. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistency across the school by covering classes across all key stages and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.Working Hours8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to FridayThe role includes supporting with either a before-school club or an after-school club as part of the working day.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide class cover across all key stages as required.Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage whole-class learning effectively.Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school by providing consistent classroom cover.Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning.Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.Contribute to the wider life of the school, including breakfast clubs and after-school activities.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveHLTA status or significant experience working at HLTA level.Proven experience delivering lessons to whole classes.Strong behaviour management skills.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to use initiative.Experience supporting ..... full job details .....
