The Role: Providing whole-class cover when required Delivering planned lessons and learning activities Leading small-group and 1:1 interventions Supporting teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment Working with pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning Contributing to the wider school team We''re Looking For: HLTA qualification or significant equivalent experience Recent experience working within a UK primary school Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Confident classroom management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong communication and organisation Why Aspire People?
