Interim Head of School Barnsley 5 days per week ASAP - End of Summer Term £350-£450 per day Reed Education are currently working with an Academy Trust in their search for an Interim Head of School for a Primary School within their Trust for the Summer term in the Barnsley area.The school need someone on site to lead day-to-day operations and keep the school stable through to the end of the summer term.The RoleThis is very much an operational Head of School role, focused on:Day-to-day running of the schoolStaff leadership and supportHome/school relationshipsMaintaining standards and moraleSteering the school confidently through to the end of termThere is no expectation of deep strategic work or curriculum redesign and there is support from the Trust and Executive Head is already in place.Who Would Suit ThisAn experienced Interim Headteacher / Head of SchoolQTS is essential and HPQH is strongly desired Confident, visible, and people-focused leaderSomeone comfortable stepping into a school mid-transitionStrong operational and staff-management skillsSafeguardingReed Education and the employing school are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
