As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers to support under-achieving pupils, raising attainment, and helping them to build their confidence. As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supporting in lessons, monitoring pupil progress and encouraging engagement in lessons.

Previous experience working with young learners is desirable but not essential.
