About the Role Connex Education is delighted to be working exclusively alongside a respected Multi Academy Trust to recruit passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for immediate starts and opportunities starting in September 2026. We are working exclusively with a large and highly respected Multi-Academy Trust that supports a wide network of schools across the Southwest. The Trust is recognised for its inclusive values, strong community focus, supportive leadership and commitment to nurturing both pupils and staff. Many of the schools have strong links to their local communities and place a high emphasis on wellbeing, collaboration, and high-quality teaching and learning. We are currently supporting a number of friendly and inclusive primary schools across Weston-super-Mare, with roles available on both a short-term and long-term basis.
