Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)

We, Academics, are currently looking to gain a Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT), for our reputable primary schools based in Birmingham, who is enthusiastic and driven. As an ECT you will be expected to:

• Deliver appropriate and engaging lessons for all abilities
• Ensure that classroom rules and routines are followed

• Display an eagerness and commitment to professional development
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Early Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/ equivalent or pending QTS completion
• A great and relevant understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
• Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed
