We are currently recruiting a Primary Curriculum Co-ordinator for a specialist school in the Manchester area. The school is part of a group of specialist provisions across the North West and Midlands who cater for children with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH).-This is a full-time, permanent position, with the potential to start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the schools'' curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the provision.
  • Support and coach staff, lead curriculum-focused CPD, monitor curriculum delivery, and work closely with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for pupils.
  • Form part of a wider Curriculum Team led by the Head of Curriculum, contributing to the strategic development of teaching and learning across the whole organisation.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Curriculum leadership and development experience
  • Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH learners
