Primary Cover Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Cradley Heath, Cradley Heath.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils

• Ensure continuity of learning during staff absence

• Provide clear feedback to school staff at the end of each day

• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools

• Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Flexibility, adaptability and a positive attitude

• The ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
