PPA / Cover HLTA or Primary Cover SupervisorSouthall, EalingFull-Time Start ASAP8:15am - 3:30pm 105 per day PAYEAn Outstanding-rated primary school in Southall is looking for an experienced HLTA or Primary Cover Supervisor to provide PPA and general classroom cover across the school.The role is available to start ASAP, with the school keen to arrange interviews and trial days shortly for suitable candidates.This is a teaching and classroom-based role rather than a planning position. Planning is provided, so the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons and managing classes effectively.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Providing PPA and general cover across the primary schoolCovering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as requiredDelivering pre-planned lessons provided by class teachersManaging behaviour and maintaining classroom routinesSupporting pupils to remain engaged and on taskEnsuring lessons run effectively in the absence of the class teacherWorking with school staff to provide consistent support to pupilsRequirementsThe school is looking for someone who:Has previous experience covering primary classesIs confident managing a class independentlyCan follow and deliver existing lesson plansHas strong behaviour management skillsCan adapt quickly between different year groupsIs reliable, professional and confident working across a schoolThis role would suit an experienced HLTA, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant with cover experience, or ..... full job details .....
