Position: Primary Cover Supervisor Contract/Position Start Date: ASAP Duration: Daily and Long-Term Contract Type: Temporary Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Minimum Rate of Pay: GBP95-GBP135 Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherManage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environmentSupport pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2Ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated, and on task throughout lessonsProvide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil progress, engagement, and behaviourBuild positive relationships with pupils and staffSupport the wider school community when requiredExperience, Training and Qualifications Previous experience working within a Primary School setting is desirablePrevious experience as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Learning Mentor, Sports Coach, or Youth Worker is highly desirableStrong classroom and behaviour management skills are essentialA passion for supporting young learners and helping them achieve their potentialUp-to-date Safeguarding training is required. ..... full job details .....
