We are recruiting energetic Primary Teaching Assistants to support staff and inspire pupils across Crawly. From child-led play in Early Years (EYFS) to foundation skills in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and SATs prep in Key Stage 2 (KS2), we match you with primary settings that fit your schedule and goals. Your Key Responsibilities: Partnering with primary class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities and keep pupils on task. Running targeted reading, phonics, and numeracy booster sessions with individuals or small groups. Delivering dedicated 1:1 assistance to children with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs). Fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported. Assisting with lesson prep, creative displays, and break-time monitoring.
