The school takes a **positive and supportive approach to behaviour management**, and they are looking for someone who can work across the school, supporting children who are struggling to regulate their emotions and behaviour. The successful candidate will provide support to pupils who may need to **leave the classroom, are experiencing a meltdown or are becoming dysregulated**, helping them to calm, regulate and return to learning when ready. You will work with children across Early Years through to Year 6, so the ability to adapt your approach to different ages and needs is essential.
