OverviewPrimary (5-11) Programme Lead

Temporary maternity cover until 31st October 2026. Part time: 0.6 FTE (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Salary: L8-L10 £61,534 – £64,691 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £36,920.40 - £38,814.60 per annum. Potential secondment opportunity for someone currently working in a school. Start Date: January 2026 (earlier start dates considered).

Role and responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will lead on all aspects of our Primary (5-11) provision including working with a wide variety of local schools, engaging with school leaders, mentors and other colleagues to ensure the best possible progress for our trainee teachers and enabling them to enter the teaching profession as exceptional classroom practitioners.
