Your timetable blends core classroom-based learning with experiential and therapeutic modules, including outdoor education and equine-assisted learning/therapy.Key Responsibilities:Deliver tailored 1:1 primary curriculum instruction across literacy, numeracy, and topic work.Seamlessly integrate outdoor activities and equine therapy sessions to support emotional regulation, sensory needs, and self-confidence.Design multi-sensory, creative learning interventions adapted to the pupil''s developmental stage and EHCP targets.Establish a firm, trusting rapport using trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour de-escalation strategies.Work collaboratively with class leaders, therapists, equine specialists, and pastoral teams to review progress and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.The Ideal Candidate:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification (Primary trained preferred; experienced Unqualified Teachers with exceptional SEND backgrounds considered).Proven experience supporting primary pupils with SEMH, ASC, ..... full job details .....
