Pride in Place Programme Manager

Main Accountabilities: Accountable for overseeing total spend and all project deliverables across a complex range of capital and revenue programmes, alongside providing leadership and governance support to two Neighbourhood Boards and Chairs, to ensure effective delivery of each Regeneration Plan, including follow through to sustainable outcomes Provide leadership support, alongside a secretariat function, to each Neighbourhood Board and respective Chairs, and act as the key link between Ministers, the Council, the Boards, communities and stakeholders Accountable for ensuring project documentation is compliant with the requirements of the Terms of Reference for the Board and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government guidance (MHCLG) Accountable for ensuring effective systems and processes are in place to ensure all programme activity contributes towards the efficient administration and management of local Regeneration Plans including financial, procurement and performance monitoring requirements Accountable for implementing and overseeing a live and iterative risk register, ensuring proactive management and mitigation measures are in place, with accountability for addressing issues and ensuring these are effectively resolved Implement and manage a robust application and assessment framework to enable the Neighbourhood Boards to receive, consider and allocate funding for projects on a fair, consistent, inclusive, relevant, and transparent basis On project ..... full job details .....
