Pricing Specialist Location: WindsorSalary and Benefits:£35,000 basic salaryCommission structure23 days annual leaveHealthcare schemePension schemeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Client Pricing Specialist with experience in Air Freight or Ocean Freight Operations, including routing and pricing. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, competitive, and commercially viable freight quotations across import, export, and cross-trade shipments.You will work closely with Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams to support pricing strategy, customer requirements, and supplier engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely freight quotations for import, export, and cross-trade shipmentsSource and negotiate competitive rates with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and logistics partnersAnalyse freight costs, margins, and market trends to ensure commercially viable pricing strategiesCollaborate with sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention initiativesRespond to client and sales enquiries regarding transportation costs, transit times, and service optionsSupport submissions, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and pricing proposals for new business opportunitiesMonitor pricing accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreementsWork closely with operations teams to ensure quotations reflect operational capabilities and service requirementsGenerate reports and analyse pricing performance, profitability, and market ..... full job details .....
