Overview of the Pricing Manager role A leading insurance organisation is looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join its Pricing Portfolio team. The role will lead pricing activity across a Home Insurance portfolio, with responsibility for financial performance, underwriting strategy and long-term portfolio profitability. You will lead a team of pricing analysts and work closely with pricing, underwriting and wider business teams to deliver profitable growth and develop pricing capability. Key responsibilities of the Pricing Manager: Lead pricing activity across the Home Insurance portfolio, delivering financial and underwriting targets. Deliver pricing analysis and initiatives to improve underwriting performance and support profitable growth. Identify segmentation and underwriting opportunities to improve portfolio performance. Develop robust pricing and rate-relativity review processes to optimise conversion and profitability. Lead, mentor and develop a team of pricing analysts. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across pricing, underwriting and the wider business.
