We are looking for a motivated Pricing Manager to join a market leading food manufacturer in Bradford. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies that support business growth. Role Description

• Develop and implement pricing models and strategies across all product lines and channels (retail, foodservice, wholesale).
• Analyse cost structures, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure prices are aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews and margin analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Provide insight into customer profitability, recommending pricing actions to support margin and volume objectives.
• Lead pricing proposals for tenders, customer negotiations, and new product launches.
• Ensure pricing structures are accurately maintained within ERP and commercial systems.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate pricing and margin input.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a pricing, commercial finance, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP, NetSuite).
• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of margin management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience in dealing with major retailers or foodservice clients is highly desirable.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
