Pricing Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Basingstoke, who are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining pricing strategies that align with business objectives, enhance profitability, and improve competitive positioning. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dedicated pricing role, with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

What will the Pricing Manager role involve?

• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, models, and tools across all business units
• Analyse pricing performance and profitability
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to provide accurate and commercially viable pricing recommendations
• Provide reporting and insight on pricing effectiveness, including margin analysis and profitability forecasting
• Work with IT or systems teams to improve pricing tools, CRM/ERP integration, and pricing data accuracy

Suitable Candidate for the Pricing Manager vacancy:

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel, experience with pricing software or ERP/CRM systems is advantageous
• Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of margins, costs, and revenue drivers
• Present data-driven insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
