About the Role:

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maximising margins through strategic price setting. Your expertise in advanced data mining and analysis will directly contribute to the organisation''s financial goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analytics to identify margin improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create, implement, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly margin impact reports, summarising margin issues and proposing solutions.
• Analyse both new and existing pricing structures, implementing updates in line with established pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales and supply chain teams to resolve pricing-related issues and initiate necessary adjustments.
• Work alongside purchasing and sales leadership to effectively execute defined cost protection methods.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in analytical pricing, purchasing, or finance
• Experience as a data analyst in wholesale or retail distribution is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and Query is preferred for generating accurate and timely analysis.
• Strong data mining, aggregation, and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
