      <description>Location: Burton-on-trent | Salary: 33335.00-33335.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Tenancy Sustainment Officer About the role As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will provide flexible, preventative and person-centred support to customers who need ongoing help to sustain their tenancy. Working closely with internal and external agencies, you will work with people with a wide range of needs, including those affected by disability, mental health challenges, learning difficulties or fluctuating capacity. Key responsibilities  Act as a key point of contact for customers who require additional support to maintain their tenancy.  Build positive relationships and maintain regular contact with customers to provide early, preventative support.  Identify risks such as rent arrears, safeguarding concerns, anti-social behaviour or property issues and intervene at an early stage.  Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate support and improve outcomes for customers. Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to a consistent safeguarding approach across the organisation.
