      <description>Location: Burton upon Trent | Salary: &amp;pound;33335/annum | Type: Permanent | Tenancy Sustainment Officer    About the role   As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will provide flexible, preventative and person-centred support to customers who need ongoing help to sustain their tenancy. Working closely with internal and external agencies, you will work with people with a wide range of needs, including those affected by disability, mental health challenges, learning difficulties or fluctuating capacity.   Key responsibilities     Act as a key point of contact for customers who require additional support to maintain their tenancy.   -Build positive relationships and maintain regular contact with customers to provide early, preventative support.   -Identify risks such as rent arrears, safeguarding concerns, anti-social behaviour or property issues and intervene at an early stage.   -Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate support and improve outcomes for customers.
