This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a positive and inclusive learning environment. Working alongside teachers and other professionals, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop socially and emotionally. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities Support pupils with Special Educational Needs both in and out of the classroom. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities. Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop independence. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families. Provide one-to-one or small group support where required. Assist with personal care when necessary (training provided).
