Currently billing approximately  -4,500 per week , this warm desk offers immediate earning potential alongside one of the strongest commission structures in education recruitment.   Essential Criteria   Applicants must have:    Minimum 12 months'' Education Recruitment experience    Secondary recruitment experience preferred    Proven billing success    Strong client and candidate management skills    A commercial, sales-driven mindset    Applications from recruiters without education recruitment experience will not be considered.
