Duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards. Instruct the parts department of the parts that are necessary for repair. Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. Providing your technical expert opinion to customers. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes. Your Background and Skill: NVQ Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician. Manufacturer led training record. Proven experience working as a Service Technician (within a main dealer). Strong communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence. E.V Training is advantageous.
