The Role As a Hydrostatic Pressure Test Operator, you will be responsible for pressure testing pipe assemblies to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures. Key Responsibilities Load assemblies into the hydrostatic test bay using overhead cranes. Select, fit, and securely fasten the correct test bungs ("top hats") to pipework. Fill pipework with water and carry out hydrostatic pressure testing. Monitor pressure levels throughout the testing process. Record test results, data, and pressure graphs accurately.
