Press Setter Permanent Role Location: Slough Salary: £39,000 £40,950 per year Shift-Based Role 25 Days Annual Leave Company Pension Scheme We re hiring a skilled Press Setter to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Slough. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and great benefits, including a pension scheme and generous holiday allowance. What You ll Be Doing: Setting the press tooling correctly to required specifications Carrying out safety and compliance checks, including PM sheets and guarding verification Ensuring production line readiness and verifying first-off quality before handover Maintaining high product quality standards throughout the production run Supporting the department by assisting with other duties when required (including operating and packing) Handling materials and loading presses Learning to use a universal grinding machine Recording accurate press activity using internal systems What We re Looking For: Manual press experience is essential Press tooling or material knowledge desirable Understanding of legal requirements for press setting Basic computer skills Organised, tidy, and a team player with a proactive attitude What You ll Get: Salary: £39,000 £40,950 per year Permanent, full-time role based in Slough 25 days of annual leave Pension scheme (3% employer contribution when employee contributes 5%) If you re experienced in manual press operations and ready to take your skills to a new ..... full job details .....
