Opportunity for an experienced Press Setter / Operator to join an Alcester based Manufacturing business on a permanent basis.

The role:

• Set up and operate presses in line with procedures and job card instructions
• Adjust and control press parameters (tool shut height, stroke, tonnage, dwell, lubrication)
• Use air tools, hand tools and measuring equipment safely
• Carry out in-process inspections to ensure components meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate WIP records in the MRP system
• Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement and 5S activities

What we''re looking for:

• 1-2 years'' experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or machine setting/operating
• Familiar with a range of presses and quality/manufacturing standards
• Self-motivated, disciplined and detail focused
• A positive, "can do" attitude with strong teamwork skill
• Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
