If you''re looking for a position where your skills will be appreciated and your career can flourish, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Shift Pattern-Monday to Friday (3 rotating shift - 06 00, 14 00, 22 00)What You Will Do:- Work in a safe manner at all times, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues.- Set individual tooling correctly and to the required specification on the presses.- Exchange press tooling as per system instructions and ensure all safety checks are completed.- Confirm good-quality first-off specifications are achieved prior to handing over to the operator.- Maintain product quality throughout the production run and ensure work times are recorded accurately.- Assist within the department as needed, which may include acting as an operator or packer when required by the supervisor. What You Will Bring:- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.- Experience with manual press operations and tooling knowledge- Basic computer skills to support production tracking.- Organisational skills and a tidy work ethic.- Knowledge of legal requirements for press setting is essential.
