Press Operator (Sheet Metal) - 2 Week Contract Location: Stevenage Contract: Temporary - 2 Weeks Pay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Operator to join a well-established engineering and sheet metal fabrication company in Hertfordshire on a short-term 2-week contract. This position has become available to provide urgent workshop cover within a busy production environment. The role will involve operating press machinery to manufacture sheet metal components to specification, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy are maintained at all times. The company specialises in the manufacture and fabrication of metal components for industrial and commercial applications, working to customer specifications and engineering drawings. The workshop environment is fast-paced and requires individuals who are confident working with machinery and have previous experience within a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
