At Pertemps Wolverhampton we have a fantastic client , well-established manufacturer serving the aerospace and automotive sectors, is currently seeking skilled Press Operators to join their production team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment where quality and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press machines on the manufacturing line to produce fasteners and related components.
- Follow production schedules and ensure output targets are met.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Support general manufacturing duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating press machines in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Previous work in aerospace or automotive production is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Good understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
