The basics:Pay: 16.89, 17.53 DOEShift pattern: 39 hours per week working the Late Shift; 16.30 to 02.30 Monday to Wednesday and 16.30 to 01.30 ThursdaysIndustry: Manufacturing - Precision Engineering and machiningOvertime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 SundayHolidays/Benefits: holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service. Death in Service Benefit - 2 x annual salary. Employer 3% / Employee 5% - Pension.Overview:We now require a Press Operator to join the late shift. Working CNC operated machinery you will be tasked to produce precision engineered parts. Key responsibilities of the Press Operator role:Set and Operate Press machinery - Hydraulic press machines The ideal candidate / Press Operator may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:Must have previous experience operating press machinery.
