Pay Rate: -13 ph

Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday Rotating weekly 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

About the Company:

Our client specialises in engineering and manufacturing for the automotive industry, providing complex mechanisms, suspension systems, body structures and lightweight composite solutions

Key responsibilities:

- Ability to follow the Procedure for a new run in the Press

- Responsible for continuing a job following the schedule of requirements

- Performing regular checks on the Press whilst running

- Responsible for the completion of daily production sheets and other paperwork as required in a timely manner.

- Responsible for checking/changing heat code & date stamp as required.

- Responsible for pulling a die/stamp when job is complete or as required.

- Responsible for ensuring all bins are accurately tagged.

- Ability to perform regular safety checks on the Presses and ensure the work area is kept clean and organised.

- Operating press machinery

Ideally you will have:

- Some mechanical aptitude

- Progression Presses

- worked in a press operator role previously

- Attention to detail
