Responsibilities Being responsible for operating production machinery used in the minting process. Carrying out quality checks during the mining process and on the blanks to process, and the coins & medals produced to required standards. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Work towards meeting production targets and deadlines. Assist with identifying and implementing improvements in production processes. Recording accurate records of production activities in the company''s ERP system.
