Press Operator

Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Press Operator to join one of our clients based in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various hydraulic presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This role is vital in delivering precise products that meet client specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for operating production machinery used in the minting process.
• Carrying out quality checks during the mining process and on the blanks to process, and the coins & medals produced to required standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work towards meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Assist with identifying and implementing improvements in production processes.
• Recording accurate records of production activities in the company''s ERP system.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas as directed.
• To identify and report issues arising from the production process.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:15am - 4pm, Friday 7:15am - 2:15pm
