Press Operator

Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Press Operator to join one of our clients based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various hydraulic presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This role is vital in delivering precise products that meet client specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Being responsible for operating production machinery used in the minting process. Carrying out quality checks during the mining process and on the blanks to process, and the coins and medals produced to required standards. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Work towards meeting production targets and deadlines. Assist with identifying and implementing improvements in production processes. Recording accurate records of production activities in the company''s ERP system. Assist with maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas as directed. To identify and report issues arising from the production process.
