Press Machine Operator

This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake machines to bend metal components to required specificationsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work ordersSelect correct tooling, dies, and machine settings for each jobMeasure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bends and maintain quality standardsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinesEnsure all products meet company quality and tolerance standardsMaintain accurate production records and documentationFollow all workplace safety procedures and guidelinesWork collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet production targets Required Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience operating press brake machinery (preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsGood mathematical skills and understanding of measurementsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to use measuring tools such as verniers and gaugesMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of workplace safety ..... full job details .....
