Press Brake Setter

Our client, a well-established firm within Manufacturing, based in Stroud, has a new opportunity for a Press Brake Setter to join their team on a temporary basis for an immediate start. The successful Press Brake Setter should have: Experience working as a Press Brake Setter. Experience using Promecam Manual Press machines. Good attention to detail, reading plans and able to work within tight tolerances. A good understanding of Health and Safety within the workplace. In this role, the Press Brake Setter will be responsible for: Reading and interpreting drawings and plans. Setting the machines in accordance with plans. Manually calculate or set bend positions and depths. Carry out first-off inspections. Produce accurate work without relying on CNC programming, maintaining quality standards and completing production records. Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance. Our client is offering the successful Press Brake Setter a rate of £15 per hour plus benefits including holiday allowance.
