Press Brake Setter – Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
Location: Dudley
Pay: £13.00 – £14.20 per hour + 15% shift allowance
 
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in the Dudley area who are currently looking to add an experienced Press Brake Setter to their production team.

The Role:

- Setting and operating press brake machinery to produce precision metal components
- Working from technical drawings to meet customer specifications
- Carrying out in-process quality checks and minor machine adjustments
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Contributing to a team-focused production environment

 
Shift Details:
Rotating weekly shifts:

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 15% shift allowance paid on top of hourly rate

 
Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience setting and operating press brake machinery
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willing to work on a rotating shift pattern
