Press Brake Setter / Operator (Nights) Location: Leicester Pay: 15.50 - 17.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm are recruiting for a Press Brake Setter / Operator (nights) to join a fast-paced fabrication and manufacturing company based in Leicester. This is a hands-on workshop role operating and setting Amada press brake machinery, producing a range of fabricated components and products, predominantly from mild steel. You will be responsible for setting the machine, selecting and editing tooling, working from engineering drawings and checking your own work to ensure components are produced accurately and to the required standard. About the Role As a Press Brake Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating an Amada press brake to produce components in line with engineering drawings and production requirements. The role would suit an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator who is confident setting machinery, making tooling adjustments and working independently within a busy fabrication environment. Key Responsibilities Set and operate Amada press brake machines. Select and fit the correct tooling for each job. Edit and adjust tooling and machine settings as required. Set machine parameters to achieve the correct bends and dimensions. Read and work from engineering drawings to manufacture components accurately.
