Sheet Metal Worker - Press Brake Setter Operator Press Brake Setter / Operator role in Harlow Mon to Fri 08:00-16:.00- 18.00 p/hr DOE Overtime at time and a half. Role overview:We are recruiting for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Press Brake Setter Operator to join a busy engineering workshop in Harlow on a temp to perm or permanent basis. The ideal candidate would be looking for a stable day-shift role with regular overtime opportunities, producing quality sheet metal components to drawing. Key responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines (tooling selection, changes, setting bends/angles)Work from engineering drawings/work instructions to produce parts to specificationComplete first-off, in-process and final quality checks using measuring equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work area, following all health and safety proceduresSupport production targets and continuous improvement Essential skills and experience (required):Proven hands-on experience using press brake machines (setup and operation)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsConfident with measuring tools and checking tolerancesStrong attention to detail and a quality-first approachReliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team Pay, overtime and hours:Pay rate: 15.00 - 18.00 per hour (DOE)Overtime available at time and a halfHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 HRGO Recruitment offers permanent and temporary jobs across the UK.
