Role overview: We are recruiting for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Press Brake Setter Operator to join a busy engineering workshop in Harlow on a temp to perm or permanent basis. The ideal candidate would be looking for a stable day-shift role with regular overtime opportunities, producing quality sheet metal components to drawing. Key responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machines (tooling selection, changes, setting bends/angles) Work from engineering drawings/work instructions to produce parts to specification Complete first-off, in-process and final quality checks using measuring equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all health & safety procedures Support production targets and continuous improvement Essential skills & experience (required): Proven hands-on experience using press brake machines (setup and operation) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Confident with measuring tools and checking tolerances Strong attention...
