Press Brake Setter Operator

My client, a leading manufacturing company based in Marlow is looking to recruit a Press Brake setter operator on a full-time permanent basis.Responsibilities and Duties:Set up and operate the press brake in accordance with work orders and technical drawings.Select, fit and adjust the correct tooling for each job.Interpret fabrication drawings to determine bend sequences, angles and tolerances.Program the CNC press brake where required.Check first-off and in-process components against drawings using appropriate measuring equipment.Complete SFR documentation for each work order after productionCapture and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Ensure compliance with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.Work proactively as part of a team to improve productivity and efficiency.Keep the press brake and surrounding work area clean, tidy and well maintainedFollow all Company procedures and processes, including ISO.Assist with traceability of materials for work orders.Assist where necessary within the fabrication workshop.Undertake general workshop duties as required.Support the training of others on press brake operation where required.Desired / required skills / experience Minimum 2 years'' experience operating a press brake within a workshop environment.Knowledge of fabrication machinery, e.g. CNC saws, punches.Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.Understanding of and ability to maintain records.Ability to accurately ..... full job details .....
