This is a hands-on setting role, not just operating. You'll set up CNC press brakes from scratch, choose the right tooling and fold parts to tight tolerances with minimal supervision through the night. The Role Setting up CNC press brakes for each job, including selecting and fitting tooling Working from engineering drawings to fold parts in a range of materials and thicknesses Making adjustments and program changes to hold tolerances Carrying out first-off and in-process checks using verniers and angle gauges Keeping to the production plan and flagging any machine or quality issues Supporting the wider fabrication team when needed Following site safety and quality procedures What You'll Need Proven experience setting CNC press brakes, including tooling selection Confidence reading engineering drawings and working to tolerances Experience folding a range of materials a...
