Press Brake Setter / Operator Location : NottinghamJob type: PermanentPay: £14 - £16 per hour (dependent on experience)Are you an experience Press Brake Setter / Operator looking to join a well established business? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturer seeing a skilled individual to join their fabrication team on a permanent basis.You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brake machinery to manufacture precision sheet metal components. Working from engineering drawings, you''ll ensure parts are produced to accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC press brake machineryInterpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsSelect the correct tooling and machine settings for each production runCarry out first off inspections and in-process quality checksUse measuring equipment including verniers, rulers and angle gauges to inspect finished partsMake machine adjustments where required to maintain accuracy and qualityWork to production schedules while achieving productivity targetsReport any quality concern, tooling issues or machine faults About you: Previous experience setting and operating CNC press brake machinesA strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processesThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience selecting tooling and adjusting machine settingsConfidence producing components to tight tolerancesExcellent attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
