Roles and responsibilities: Manage the running of the CNC Press Brake independently Responsible for organising the shifts workload efficiently to ensure time frames are hit Organise the shop floor to ensure streamline production Ensure bend quality is consistent and within company tolerance Conducting quality checks to ensure the above Monitor and maintain company procedures with regards to quality and expectation including; checking the condition of parts prior to bending, using a calibrated vernier to do full dimension check of the first off part and abide by job specific tolerances Checking part against customer drawing including handing etc, general quality check of the part i.e. cracking/ flaring/ scratches/ etching/ cut through details falling into bend Accurate recording of job cards and other paperwork Ensure following company policy producing re make cards/ filing them in designa...
